Refund Policy

Effective date: September 24, 2026

Artify Images sells digital artwork that is delivered instantly as downloadable files. Because a digital file can’t be returned once it has been delivered, all sales are final, except in the situations listed below. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if something isn’t right, please get in touch.

When we will replace or refund your purchase

  • Damaged or incorrect file. If a file is corrupted, won’t open, or doesn’t match the product description, we will send you a working replacement. If we can’t fix the problem, we will refund that item.
  • Download not received. If you didn’t receive your download link, we will resend it. You can also re-download purchases from My Account → Downloads if you created an account at checkout.
  • Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally bought the same item twice, we will refund the duplicate.
  • Upgrading to a complete set. If you bought an individual plate and later buy the complete set that includes it, contact us and we will refund the individual plate.

What is not eligible for a refund

  • Change of mind, or purchasing the wrong item.
  • Differences in color or appearance between your screen and a printed copy. Monitors, printers, and paper all vary, and these differences are outside our control.
  • Print costs or printing problems from a third-party print shop or home printer.
  • Use of a file outside the terms of the license described on our Licensing & Usage Rights page.

How to request a replacement or refund

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase at info@artifyimages.com or through our Contact page. Please include your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps if a file won’t open).

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the refund. When a refund is issued, the license for the refunded files ends and you agree to delete any copies you downloaded.

Print orders

This policy covers digital downloads. Terms for physical print orders will be added here when prints become available.
